National Drug Authority Jobs:

The National Drug Authority (NDA) is an autonomous body established to regulate human and veterinary medicines and other healthcare products.

The Authority is now looking for a competent person with required skills, knowledge, attitude and qualifications to fill the position of:

Executive Secretary/Registrar

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in either Pharmacy or Human Medicine or Veterinary Medicine or Dental Surgery with at least a Postgraduate Diploma in Management/ Public Administration, Public Health or other relevant qualifications from recognized Institutions.
  • A minimum of 10 years experience, with 5 years in a senior managerial position in a reputable organization.
  • The appointment is for a 4 year contract renewable based on performance.
  • The applicant must be a member of a professional body.
  • Sound judgment and high sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proven competency in management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to add value to Authority’s strategic goals.
