Freelance Sales Executives

We are seeking to recruit qualified and experienced Freelance Sales Executives for NationHela prepaid cards.
Key responsibilities:
Identifying and selling to prospective customers while demonstrating excellent product knowledge;
Pursuing business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating gaps in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options;
Investigating and recommending new market opportunities;
Identifying product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors;
Preparation of pipelines and reports by collecting and analyzing potential customer information;
Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as may be required.
Skills/Qualifications:
A minimum of diploma in Sales and Marketing
At least 1 year experience in sales;
Good presentation and communication skills with demonstrable prospecting skills;
Customer service orientation with strong negotiation skills.

Graphic Designers
Job Ref. HR-GD-05-13
Key result areas will include:
Generating creative adverts and layouts for the newspaper within set deadlines;
Interpreting and translating situations and ideas into graphics;
Downloading graphics from agents servers and sites and translating them into Usable formats;
Liaising closely with other graphic sections in the Group for synergies;
Keeping abreast of development in the graphics world through reading, research and Consulting.
Competencies:
Good Interpersonal Skills;
Customer Service oriented.
Skills, knowledge and experience requirement:
University Degree in Graphic Design;
Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (In design, Photoshop, Illustrator);
2 to 3 years working experience;
Ability to work with minimum supervision and cope with pressure and tight deadlines.

News Presenter / Reporter
Job Ref: HR-NPR-05-2013
If you are seeking to work in an exciting environment that nurtures creativity, then this is an opening available for you.
Key result areas will include:
Presentation of news by making oneself presentable, audible and use of acceptable language and delivery skills;
Taking instructions and briefs from the News Editor on stories to be covered;
Researching and developing scripts for news;
Presenting news at the top of the hour.
Skills, knowledge and experience requirement:
A university degree and/or a Diploma in the relevant field;
A strong command of English – written and spoken;
Excellent understanding of journalistic standards and media laws;
Thorough knowledge of current affairs;
Be able to work effectively under pressure, react quickly, and meet tight deadlines;
Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated track record of teamwork;
Experience as a News Presenter will be an added advantage.
