Nairobits Trust is a youth ICT training and empowering institution that deals with vulnerable youth.
Currently the organization has grown in the number of programs to require:
Program Coordinator
Qualifications:
Preferably a postgraduate degree in a relevant social science discipline.
Sound knowledge of the development sector and the socio economic and political situation in Kenya.
Knowledge of project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
Good understanding of finance.
Good communication skills.
Ability to speak and write in English and Kiswahili.
Good working knowledge of computers and computer applications, multimedia training and exposure will be a definite advantage.
Ability to work in a small but highly computerised environment.
Ability to package and train in life skills curriculum including but not limited to: Reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, Drug and substance abuse, Self esteem, Social skills.
Must be above 30 years of age, mature and focused.
Five years’ relevant experience.
Exposure in training in an ICT related discipline will be a definite advantage.
