Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist 

Location: Democratic Republic of the Congo

International Rescue Committee (IRC) currently seeks a Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (M&E Specialist) in response to a large-scale health project funded by USAID.

Required Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in public health, demography, sociology, epidemiology, biostatistics, psychology or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience,
  • At least 3 years of experience with USG programming.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated English and French language skills (FS-3 level or higher).
