Memorial Fund Scholarship

The Memorial Fund provides a scholarship for one year at a Norwegian folk high school.

This scholarship is established to promote cultural exchange between foreign countries and the Norwegian folk high schools.

The Memorial Fund Scholarships awards about 25 scholarships a year.

Applicants must be between 18 and 22 years old.

The Scholarship will cover food, lodging and some excursions. There is no tuition fee in Norwegian folk high schools, but students who are accepted need to bring money for books and teaching materials.

The application form is available. To be successful, it is important that you fill in all the information requested in the application form. Incomplete applications will not be taken into consideration.
