Attend to customer orders and accurately reference parts on CAT SIS Order and Process backorder items Process credits for customers and service department

Qualifications

BSc mechanical engineering or in an Engineering related discipline Minimum of six-months working experience in an earthmoving equipment industry with emphasis on service experience.
