Programme Benefits: To learn and contribute towards the Bank's management team by induction to the Bank's culture, values and procedures. This will involve an intensive one year programme that will entail exposure and experiential activities in various functions of the Bank.
Qualifications:
A first class degree/upper Second class in Business, Finance, Engineering or any related degree. New graduates or students in their final year who will have successfully completed their studies by November 2008 are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated participation in extra-curricular and social activities
Must be Kenyan citizens
Good communication skills
Demonstrated IT literacy in MS Office
