Management Quality Coordinator 

Location: Kinshasa, Congo

The Management Quality Coordinator's (MQC) primary role is to ensure the effective functioning of Finance, Compliance, Administration/Human Resources, Logistics/Transport and Information Technology systems and procedures within the CRS/DRC Program.


1. Master's degree in International Development, Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or Development Management preferred.
2. Five years experience in management with a focus on administration, finance, with at least 3 in a developing country.
3. Strong knowledge of financial management systems and processes.
4. Excellent understanding of procurement, human resources, admin and logistics operations.
