Malaria Control Clinical Co-ordinator - The MENTOR Initiative, Kenya (Two Posts)

The MENTOR Initiative currently is seeking dynamic and motivated applicants for two 9 month postings of Emergency Malaria Prevention and Education Co-ordinator for its new programme in Kenya.
This programme, covering two districts, Uasin Gishu and Kericho, will provide malaria prevention and clinical support to those most affected by the post-election conflict including displaced people and host communities.
The post will report to MENTOR’s Country Director and will liaise and plan closely with all other team members in order to integrate the programme activities designed to build effective prevention and IEC activities for all communities.
It will participate to surveys and activities designed to scale up malaria prevention, and IEC activities as well as other clinical malaria activities led by other team members.
Responsible for ensuring technical, material and managerial support to implement and scale up Malaria prevention activities (IRS, ITPS, ITNs) amongst vulnerable displaced and host communities.
