Reporting to the omali Institutional Development Project (SIDP) Project Manager the macroeconomic expert will provide specialized intervention in areas that include policy and legislation formulation among other duties.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Economics, econometrics, with a minimum of 10 years of demonstrable relevant experience.
Extensive experience in international macroeconomic modeling, financial programming and macroeconomic forecasting.
Demonstrable experience in developing and successfully implementing PFM reform strategies and action plans in developing countries.
Ability to work in a team and in a multicultural environment.
