Diploma in logistic Good experience in humanitarian context Excellent co-ordination skills Ability to develop good relationships with local authorities and others partners and NGOs English is compulsoryInitiative and problem solving skills:
Working with all the different partners requires to be good at public relations, as well as mind-openness and diplomacy Ability to capitalise experience and available information in order to become quickly autonomous Ability to take initiative where appropriate to deal with difficulties encountered in daily workAdaptability and flexibility:
Ability to adapt or change priorities according to the changing situation within a mission or the organisation itself Ability to work within a fluid situation (changes within the team, location of programmes) Willingness to live and work within a team and respect the rules of collective livingMotivation and involvement:
Motivation and commitment to humanitarian ideals Interest in involvement beyond the job i.e. active involvement in the ethos of the organisation itself Ability to integrate into the local environment including awareness of political and economic aspects of the countryProfessionalism and Management:
Ability to conduct work in a professional and mature manner Ability to deal with relation with local authorities as a representative of Action contre la Faim Ability to manage local staff in a mature and impartial mannerPersonalised training provided before leaving on mission. All expenses paid in the field: travel out/return, collective accommodation. Costs of social security, complementary health and repatriation insurance is paid.
