Livelihoods Programme Manager - Ethiopia

Salary: £27,135 per annum

The Livelihoods Programme Manager will be responsible to manage the implementation of all livelihoods programming and operations in Somali regions, supported by technical sector advisors and national and regional operational management and support staff.
Leadership and management of human,
Financial and material resources,
Monitoring and reporting,
Security management and external representation and supervising livelihood programme.
S/he is responsible to ensure coherence with Save the Children’s national programme approach for Ethiopia, linking to the organization’s global strategy and contributing to advocacy priorities.
S/he is also responsible to liaise with key departments in headquarters on technical issues to ensure adherence to Save the Children UK best practice approaches and standards, promote quality programming and adherence to minimum standards, including the Save the Children UK and NGO Code of Conduct.
