Law Scholarships at Glasgow University - UK

Phd Scholarships in the Faculty of Law, Business & Social Sciences, Glasgow University

Applications are invited for Law Scholarships at Glasgow University.

Up to four PhD Scholarships are available, covering full fees and maintenance, in any of the key research themes:

  • Legal and political thought

  • Macroeconomics, business and finance

  • People, places and change

  • Public policy, governance and social justice

  • Work, ethics and technology

    The PhDs may be held in any of the Faculty’s Departments:

  • Accounting & Finance;

  • Central & East European Studies;

  • Centre for Drug Misuse Research;

  • Economic & Social History; Economics;

  • School of Law;

  • Management;

  • Politics;

  • Sociology,

  • Anthropology & Applied Social Sciences;

  • Urban Studies.

    Interested applicants should make initial contact with a Department, stating they are applying for a ASRF Scholarship.

    The closing date is 1 May 2007 and successful candidates will be notified by 30th June. (Date of notification may be later for the School of Law.)
