1. Customer Service - Airfreight.
Requirements:
Diploma in Sales and Marketing/ Public Relations
3 years experience in customer service in the Freight and Logistics Industry
Excellent communication skills and team player
Computer Literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
Responsibilities:
Discharge supervisory roles in preparation of financial reports and raising invoices to clients for completed tasks
Ensuring effective FS-Ciel closing of completed tasks and monitoring of costs.
2. Logistics Management Trainee.
Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in Business Management/Administration with a postgraduate Diploma in Shipping, Warehousing or Maritime related studies
Should have knowlegde in Accounts with reasonable past working experience
Demonstrate strong ability to co-ordinate and prioritise urgent tasks and workloads
Be at least 27 years with 2 years experience in a busy working environment.
