Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission Jobs: The Kenya Anti Corruption Commission (KACC) is established by an Act of Parliament, the Anti- Corruption and Economic Crimes Act (2003), to take necessary measures for the prevention of corruption in the public and private sectors.

The Commission invites applications from suitable persons to fill the following vacant positions:

Directorate of Preventive Services (PS)

Legal Officer II – Prevention KACC 7 (1 Post) (Ref KACC/PS/LO/1)

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Law from a recognized University.
  • An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
  • At least 6 years relevant experience in a busy environment.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.

    Procurement Specialist II KACC 7 (1 Post) (Ref KACC/PS-PROC/2)

    Qualifications:

  • A degree in Commerce or Social Sciences from a recognized University.
  • Post-graduate Diploma in Supplies Management.
  • At least six (6) years relevant working experience.

    Records Officer/Archivist– Prevention KACC 7 (1 Post) (Ref KACC/PS-REC/3)

    Qualifications:

  • A Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or
  • Other related field from a recognized University.
  • At least 6 years relevant working experience.
  • Holders of post-graduate qualifications will have an added advantage.

    Research Officer II ‘KACC 7’ (2 Posts) (Ref KACC/PS-RO/5)

    Qualifications:

  • A degree in Law, Economics, Statistics, Public Administration, Research Methodology, Monitoring and Evaluation or its equivalent from a recognized University.
  • Post-graduate qualifications in a related field will be an added advantage.
  • At least six (6) years relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of statistical and analytical survey, survey design and methodology.
  • Skills and knowledge of statistical data analysis application such as SPSS, STATA, Excel and other PC spreadsheet programs.
  • Ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions.
  • Skills and knowledge of policy formulation, analysis and implementation.
  • Skills, knowledge and experience in strategic planning, strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong interpersonal, report writing and communication skills.
  • Experience of conducting literature searches, compiling related materials and writing research proposals.

    Research Officer III ‘KACC 8’ (1 Post) (Ref KACC/PS-RO/6)

    Qualifications:

  • A degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Research Methodology, Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Administration or its equivalent from a recognized University.
  • Post graduate qualification in a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Skills and knowledge of statistical data analysis application such as SPSS, STATA.
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience.
  • Demonstrable knowledge, skills, and experience in research, policy formulation and analysis.
  • Practical knowledge, skills and experience in monitoring and evaluation.
  • Strong interpersonal, report writing and Communication skills.
  • Experience in conducting literature searches, compiling related materials and writing and Implementing research proposals.

    Education Officer II – (Curriculum Development) KACC “7” (1 Post) (Ref KACC/PS/E0/7)

    Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of education degree from a recognized institution.
  • A Masters or Post-graduate qualifications in curriculum design and development will be an added advantage.
  • At least 5 years experience in teaching or training young and/or adult learners.
  • Post graduate training in ethics and governance issues will be an added advantage.
  • Must have experience in designing and developing Educational materials.
  • Must have excellent skills, ability and experience in management of student clubs and/or movements.
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating seminars and workshops.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills.

    Education Officer III (Media Production) KACC “8” (1 Post) (Ref KACC/PS/E0/8)

    Qualifications:

  • A College Degree in broadcasting from a recognized institution.
  • At least 5 years media environment experience.
  • Holders of Masters or Post-graduate qualification will have an added advantage.
  • Relevant experience in designing developing and implementation of Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) Programmes.
  • Must have experience in designing and developing Educational materials.
  • Must possess scripting ability and be able to undertake creative conceptualization of the assigned programme.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Involvement in civic/public education programmes is an added advantage.

    Education Officer III – (Curriculum Development) KACC “8” ( 2 Posts) (Ref KACC/PS/E0/9)

    Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of education degree from a recognized institution.
  • A Masters or Post-graduate qualifications in curriculum design and development will be an added advantage.
  • At least 5 years experience in teaching or training young and/or adult learners.

    Education Officer III (Information, Education and Communication Material Production) KACC “8” (1 Post) (Ref KACC/PS/EO/10)

    Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors degree in Education with specialization in Fine Arts or Graphics Design from a recognized University.
  • Holders of Masters or Post-graduate qualification will have an added advantage.
  • At least 6 years relevant experience in the design, development and production of IEC material.
  • Must have excellent skills and ability to use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Edit Suites and other relevant computer packages.
  • Must have experience in designing and developing Information, Education and Communication materials.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

    Education Officer III (Governance Education) KACC “8” (2 Posts) (Ref KACC/PS/EO/11)

    Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors degree in Education, Law, Economics, Sociology, Psychology or other humanities from a recognized University.
  • Holders of Masters or Post-graduate qualification with a specialization in areas of public sector governance will have an added advantage.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in designing, developing and implementing of governance education programs.
  • Knowledge of governance models and practices in emerging/transition economies.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Involvement in governance civic/public education programs is a distinct advantage.

    Directorate of Legal Services and Asset Recovery (LS)

    Senior Attorney – Evidence Analysis KACC “5” (1 Post) (Ref KACC/LS-SAEA/12)

    Qualifications:

  • A degree in Law from a recognized University.
  • An Advocate of High Court of Kenya.
  • At least 10 years relevant working experience in civil and criminal litigation.
  • Excellent skills in research and reporting.
  • Demonstrable prosecutorial skills will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant Post graduate qualifications will be an added advantage.

    Senior Attorney – Civil Litigation & Asset RecoveryKACC “5” (1 Post) (Ref KACC/LS/SACL/13)

    Qualifications:

  • A degree in Law from a recognized University.
  • An Advocate of High Court of Kenya.
  • At least 10 years relevant working experience in civil and criminal litigation.
  • Demonstrable prosecutorial skills will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant Post graduate qualifications will be an added advantage.

    Attorney III Civil Litigation KACC “8” (6 Posts) (Ref KACC/LS-CL3/14)

    Qualifications:

  • A degree in Law from a recognized University.
  • An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
  • Knowledge of Law of restitution, international treaties and conventions.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in a busy environment.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.

    Attorney III - Evidence Analysis KACC “8” (6 Posts) (Ref KACC/LS-EA3/15)

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university.
  • An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
  • Have at least 5 years working experience in Criminal Litigation/practice.
  • Experience or knowledge in criminal law and procedure.
  • Post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.

    Directorate of Finance & Administration (FA)

    Accountant III KACC “8” (6 Posts) (Ref KACC/FA/ACCT/16)

    Qualifications:

  • A degree in Commerce or Business Administration with bias in Finance or Accounting from recognized University.
  • Professional qualifications of at least CPA (K).
  • At least five (5) years relevant working experience.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of accounting in public finance and reporting.
  • Thorough command of an Integrated Financial Management system preferably, ACCPAC.

    Network Administrator ‘KACC 8’ 1 Post (Ref KACC/FA-NA/17)

    Qualifications:

  • Degree in the field of Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or other related field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in Local and Wide Area networks installation and administration.
  • Cisco certifications - CCNA, CCNP, CCIE.
  • Experience in configuration, tuning and administration of network equipments and services including Switches, Routers, Hubs, Servers, Firewalls and IDS/IPS, LAN, WAN, VPNs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
  • Knowledge of Configuration and Administration of Cisco IP Telephony Systems including Cisco Call Manager, Routing equipments, Billing and Accounting, Call Recording.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
  • Effective interpersonal communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a deadline oriented environment.

    Administrative Secretary KACC “10” (5 Posts) (Ref KACC/FA-SEC/18)

    Qualifications:

  • KCSE grade C or its equivalent.
  • Minimum Typing II 40wpm.
  • Shorthand speed of 80WPM.
  • Diploma in Secretarial studies.
  • Certificate in customer care from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience.

    Drivers KACC “11” (7 Posts) Ref KACC/FA-DRV/19)

    Qualifications:

  • A valid driving license class BCE.
  • Up to date Certificate of Good Conduct.
  • Minimum of KCSE grade C- or its equivalent.
  • At least 5 years driving experience in a busy organization.
  • Any other relevant training in motor vehicle servicing, defensive driving and road safety will be an added advantage.

    Office Assistants KACC “12” (7 Posts) (Ref KACC/FA-OA/20)

    Qualifications:

  • Minimum of KCSE grade C- or its equivalent.
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Up to date Certificate of Good Conduct.
  • Any other relevant training in office catering services will be an added advantage.
