On the job training and support is provided throughout the internship As a UN agency, the aim of the United Nations University is to function as a think tank of and for the UN, and to bridge the gap between policy makers and academia. The United Nations University Office in New York's areas of responsibility include Events, Marketing, and Partnership-Fundraising. The Junior Professional Fellows will be responsible for general office work and administrative support, building United Nations University Office at the United Nations, New York (UNU-ONY)'s database of experts, as well as assisting in the recruitment process of Junior Professional Fellows for the following session.
