1. Head of Operations

Qualifications:

  • Business related bachelor’s degree.
  • AKIB/ACIB & Diploma in Microfinance.
  • MBA qualification advantageous.
  • 4-6 years of working experience.
  • Aged between 30 and 35.

    2. Business Development Manager

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship or relevant degree.
  • Business Training experience essential.
  • Working knowledge in Microfinance bank.
  • 3-5 years working experience.
  • Aged between 28 and 30.

    3. Operation Officers

    Qualifications:

  • Business related bachelor’s degree.
  • AKIB/ACIB & Diploma in microfinance.
  • 2-3 years working experience.
  • Aged between 25 and 28.

    4. Branch Managers

    Qualifications:

  • Business related bachelor’s degree.
  • AKIB/ACIB & Diploma in Microfinance.
  • 4-6 years working experience.
  • Aged between 26 and 30.

    5. Credit Officer

    Qualifications:

  • Business related bachelor’s degree.
  • AKIB/ACIB & Diploma in Microfinance.
  • 2-4 years working experience.
  • Aged between 25 and 28.

    6. Marketing Officers

    Qualifications:

  • Business related bachelor’s degree.
  • Diploma in Microfinance.
  • 2-43 years working experience.
  • Aged between 28 and 30.

    7. Cashiers/Back Office Support Staff

    Qualifications:

  • Business related bachelor’s degree.
  • AKIB/ACIB & Diploma in Microfinance.
  • 1-2 years working experience.
  • Aged between 20 and 24.
