Location: Kenya.

Intex Construction is a leading Civil Engineering and infrastructure Company in Kenya. The following vacant positions are available in the company:

1. Project Manager PM OII

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in civil engineering and a diploma in project/construction management from recognized institutions.

A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

At least 12 years relevant experience in construction of roads and bridges of which 8 years should be in a senior management position.

Must be a Registered Engineer from a recognized Institute of Engineers Board.

Be self driven and possess excellent interpersonal communication and sound management skills while demonstrating a passion for performance and achievement in a competitive environment.

Be computer literate and aware of current technological trends for the construction Industry.

Must be willing to travel and work at our various construction sites.

2. Site Project Manager SPM 011

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in civil engineering and a diploma in project/construction management from recognized institutions.

More than 10 years postgraduate experience, with experience in managing construction aspects of major multidisciplinary projects involving reinforced concrete in structures, embankment construction and construction of works spread in a linear manner over a considerable.

Previous experience of construction work on roads, bridges is essential.

Computer literacy: candidate should be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Projects. etc).

3. Quarry Foreman QF 011

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Mining or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years working experience.

Relevant certificates in blasting will be an added advantage.

Knowledge in mining and drilling and preventive maintenance.

4. Asphalt Foreman AF-011

Qualifications:

Must be a well qualified Asphalt Engineer.

Minimum 5- 8 years working experience in an Asphalt site.
