Internet Marketing Specialist
Education: University Degree, or other professional training (e.g Diploma) if the experience compensates lack of degree.
Conduct online marketing analytics, website traffic and statistics, on website performance etc.
Develop campaigns to promote our web presence and increase leads generated on the website
Developing and managing SEO, affiliate program, article marketing, pay search engines, online guerrilla & viral marketing, online PR, online branding, social media marketing, and other online marketing initiatives
Monitoring, testing, and tracking response to our online marketing campaigns, and make improvements
Monitor user experience, and recommend upgrades/changes to enhance same
Drive and manage beneficial relationships with other online players
Education: Degree or Diploma relevant to travel and tours.
Dealing with client email and phone enquries, monitoring and follow-up to closure
Meeting clients before service for briefing and after service for debriefing
Traveling with clients as Tour Leader or Liaison within and outside Kenya
Initiating and sustaining after service dialogue with clients special offers
Participate in product development assignments
Good knowledge and experience of Amadeus & Galileo booking systems
Able to plan and cost complex air travel itineraries
Able to maintain and grow corporate accounts
Broad knowledge of tours and travel industry and markets
