The TA is responsible for technical program package development,
technical program delivery, strategic and implementation plan
development at central and governorate levels, and reporting.
S/he
will keep field staff current on best practices &; technical
approaches across governorates, and provide input to Senior
Management Team on implementation experiences relevant to national
reform.
S/he will respond to field office requests for assistance and
provide high quality intervention packages that are consistent with
national standards, Egyptian partner priorities, and ERP goals,
objectives and expected outcomes.
The TA will also assist with M&E
design to measure program progress and impact of interventions and
contribute to regular ERP reporting on activities and outcomes.
Required qualifications include:
Masters Degree in Education,
Educational Leadership, or Educational Management (PhD preferred).
At
least 10 years experience in the field of educational leadership and
administrative development.
Fluent in written and spoken English,
knowledge of Arabic preferred.
Prior experience in Egypt with the
Ministry of Education a plus.
