Courses offered focus on engineering and business, complemented by a program in cultural studies offered by our Department of Cultural Studies.
These courses are designed for Dortmund and foreign students and will discuss comparative issues of the interplay between culture and technology.
In order to apply for the International Summer Program Dortmund, the following documents are required:
Additionally, all non-native speakers have to submit: proof that you will be able to follow lectures in English (this does not need to be a TOEFL test; a certificate of your home university will be accepted)
When you have gathered all of them, please use the online application site.
Upon filling the form, you will receive an email with further instructions.
The Universität Dortmund supports a very restricted number of students from Eastern Europe and developing countries with scholarships.
The amount of the scholarship depends on the applicant’s personal situation.
If you want to apply for financial aid, please include with your application a detailed explanation of why you need financial aid and a list of costs that have to be covered by the scholarship.
Decisions on financial aid will be made after March 15. If you are eligible, you will receive an additional form to fill in.
