Instructors - Planet One Academy

Location: 3, Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, Maryland, Lagos.

Planet One Academy, with academic support from Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne(the world's premier hospitality learning institution) will be established as a best-in-class vocational school for the hospitality industry. The Academy will open in September, 2008.

1. Director - Dean

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- 3 years in an executive position - General Manager and above
- Teaching experience would be an added advantage.

2. Director SIR (Student & Industry Relations)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years in marketing function
- 3 years in a management position
- Hospitality teaching experience would be an added advantage.

3. Senior Faculty, Front Office

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- 3 years in a management position such as Rooms Division Manager and Resident Manager
- Teaching experience would be an added advantage.

4. Senior Faculty, Housekeeping

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent - 10 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- 3 years in a management position such as Rooms Division manager or Head, Housekeeper
- Teaching experience would be an added advantage.

5. Senior Faculty, Kitchen

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- 3 years in a management position such as Executive Chef- Teaching experience would be an added advantage.

6. Senior Faculty, Restaurant Services:

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- 3 years in a management position such as F & B Director- Teaching experience would be an added advantage.

7. Kitchen Instructor

Qualifications
Professional Experience
- 5 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- 3 years in a mid-management position such as Executive Sous-Chef and Sous Chef
- Teaching experience would be an added advantage.
- Minimum-ANTC or ND + labour trade test II

8. Service Instructor

Qualifications
- 5 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- 3 years in a mid-management position such as Restaurant Manager
- Teaching experience would be an added advantage
- Minimum-ANTC or ND + labour trade test II

9. House Keeping Instructor

Qualifications
- 5 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- 3 years in a mid-management position such as Executive Housekeeper also in charge of hotel laundry/drycleaning
- Teaching experience would be an added advantage
-Minimum-ANTC or ND + labour trade test II

10. Front Office Instructor

Qualifications
- 5 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- 3 years in a mid-management position such as Front Office Manager
- Teaching experience would be an added advantage
- Minimum-ANTC or ND + labour trade test II
