All positions are for 12 months. Project Manager Commercial Specialist Accounting and Financial Expert The consultant must have a long-standing experience and knowledge (min 10 years) of the following, preferably relating to water utilities: Asset Management and Control Expert The consultant must have a long-standing experience and knowledge (min 10 years) of the following : Organization and Personnel Expert The consultant must have a long-standing experience and knowledge (min 10 years) of the following : Training director The training director must have a long-standing experience and knowledge of water utility and training (min 10 years) and demonstrated experience in designing training programmes for both trainer teams and auditors, designing and drafting training manuals and implementing training programmes. Training Policy and Training Needs Assessment Expert The consultant must have a long-standing experience and knowledge (min 10 years) of the following : Water utility Trainers The trainers must have experience and knowledge of water utility and training, preferably in English-speaking African countries, in the following technical areas : Legal Analyst The consultant must have a long-standing experience and knowledge (min 10 years) of the following: Closing date: 04 May.
