Required Competencies

    Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Advanced university degree in development economics, business law, administration and management, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in investment and outsourcing project-related activities, supply chain management, including capacity-building programmes.

    Experience with large international companies rolling out supply chain and outsourcing programmes, as well as research in the area of outsourcing, preferred.

    Experience in the design, development and implementation of technical cooperation projects in the area of investment and outsourcing promotion including capacity building activities for partnership and project development, desirable.

  • Fluency in English. Working knowledge of French and/or Spanish, desirable.
