ICT Analyst: UNDP

UNDP has a normative global mission as a pro-poor development agency to promote human rights, gender and the Millennium Development Goals.

Duty Station: Nairobi, Kenya

The incumbent is responsible for review and advice on the use of new technologies that will enhance the country office productivity.

The ICT Analyst promotes a client-oriented approach and ensures reliable connectivity to the Atlas system by maintaining up to date infrastructure.

Recruitment Qualifications


  • An advanced University degree (Masters or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information systems or related field.
  • Good knowledge of computer technology, PC/LAN operating systems; Micro soft exchange, MS XP, MS Office 2003 and MS office 2007 and Data Management.


  • At least 5 progressive working experience in network administration and use of industry hardware/ software, telecommunications facilities development and implementation of ICT strategies.
  • Experience working with database packages.
  • Experience in web design.
  • Management experience and skills are desirable.

    Language Requirements

  • Fluency in English and the working language of the duty station.
