ICT Analyst: UNDP

Duty Station: Nairobi, Kenya
The incumbent is responsible for review and advice on the use of new technologies that will enhance the country office productivity.
The ICT Analyst promotes a client-oriented approach and ensures reliable connectivity to the Atlas system by maintaining up to date infrastructure.
Education An advanced University degree (Masters or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information systems or related field.
Good knowledge of computer technology, PC/LAN operating systems; Micro soft exchange, MS XP, MS Office 2003 and MS office 2007 and Data Management.
Experience At least 5 progressive working experience in network administration and use of industry hardware/ software, telecommunications facilities development and implementation of ICT strategies.
Experience working with database packages.
Experience in web design.
Management experience and skills are desirable.
Language Requirements Fluency in English and the working language of the duty station.
