Human Resources Partner

Location: Nairobi, Kenya.

The Human Resources Partner will be based in Nairobi and will oversee the Human Resources management of specific international regional areas and will be the main point of contact for managers and employees in those regions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in HR or related field; Masters Degree desired.
  • Minimum 4-6 years progressive HR work experience.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively and diplomatically manage employee relationships.
  • Effective people management skills.
