Requirements:
- University degree in a related field, Masters degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position, preferably in conflict and/or post conflict environments
- Excellent written and oral English communications skills; working knowledge of French required, strong French preferred
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
- Proven ability to strategically and effectively manage HR and administrative functions and lead a team
- Ability to work well under unstable security environments, and administrative and programmatic pressures
- Must be able to work independently while being a strong team player
- Strong management, project planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Must be culturally sensitive and able to lead and manage a multi-cultural team
