- Medical doctor with at least two years post qualification experience preferably in Obstetric and gynaecology, paediatrics or/and general medicine, or Nurse with at least two years post-graduate clinical experience, preferably partly in developing country settings HIV & AIDS
- Proven experience in program development, management, supervision, reporting, monitoring and evaluation
- Basic knowledge of the principles and practice of epidemiology and public health
- Good computer skills in MS word and Excel
- Fluent spoken and written English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
