Warehouse Manager

Job Background

To maintain and improve the allocation of goods ensuring optimum stock levels, smooth logistics and managing warehouse team targets.

Key Performance Areas

  • Responsible for developing tactical/operational plans for the warehouse/Logistics function
  • Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
  • Overseeing the dispatch and distribution of goods to retail stores to ensure optimum stock levels in line with retail sales targets.
  • Leading and managing the warehouse team to achieve targets
  • Minimum of five (5) years retail warehouse experience required.

    Job Background

    To maximise retail in Home Shopping Centre (HSC) stores by driving excellent customer service and store standards in line with company objectives.

    Key Performance Areas

  • Motivates and focus the team to exceed sales and customer service targets.
  • Ensure customer service is the number one priority in store.
  • Ensure all sales opportunities are maximised through effective use of all promotional / marketing activities
  • Ensure effective merchandising layouts are implemented in store using commercial and financial information.
  • Maintain high standards of visual appearance throughout the store
  • Delegate tasks appropriately in accordance with people’s skills and abilities.
