Education - Advanced degree in Public Health, economics or Biostatistics.
Experience - At least eight years experience in health sector programming work, some of which must be at international level.
Training in health economics is an advantage
Experience in UN or Multilateral and Bilateral organizations is a requirement for this post.
Previous work in similar activities or health financing work would be a great advantage
Specialized skills and competencies - Good analytical and training skills, computer literate especially with excel and database management capacity is required.
Languages - Fluency in English and French. Working knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage
Other conditions: The job holder will be based in Nairobi with frequent travel, mainly within the region (approximately 60% of the time).
