Graduate Scholarships » Phd Scholarships » University ScholarshipsGrants for Masters and PhD Students: Financed by the Austrian Development Cooperation, the Austrian Partnership Programme in Higher Education & Research for Development (APPEAR) works to strengthen institutional capacities in higher education, research and management in the key regions of the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) through academic partnerships with Austrian academic institutions and Master’s and PhD Programmes as a contribution to sustainable reduction of poverty.Appear wants to encourage researchers, professionals and academic institutions in the addressed countries and in Austria to share their knowledge and experiences, to design innovative projects targeting the general objective described above and to improve the overall standards in higher education, research and management.
