Google Australia Anita Borg Memorial ScholarshipAs part of Google’s ongoing commitment to furthering Anita’s vision, applications are invited for the Google Australia Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship.
Through the scholarship, women are encouraged to excel in computing and technology and become active role models and leaders.
Scholarships will be awarded based on the strength of candidates’ academic background and engagement within the technology community. A group of female B.Sc/B.Eng, M.Sc/M.Eng, and PhD student finalists will be chosen from the applicant pool.
The scholarship recipients, selected from the finalists, will each receive an $10,000,000 (or equivalent) scholarship for each current academic year.
It will include workshops with a series of speakers, breakout sessions and social activities.
The visit is meant to be an opportunity for all finalists to meet and share their experiences.

You should complete the online application form and attach all requested documentation by 13th August.
Finalists will be notified in September.
As the final step in the scholarship selection process, all finalists will have phone interviews with representatives from the Google Selection Committee.
Scholarship recipients will be selected from the finalists.
Please note, interviews for internships or full time opportunities are separate from scholarship phone interviews.
