The general medical coordinator will be in charge of:
the relation with donors, local authorities and partners the fund raising
the planning of activities at short, medium and long term
the project monitoring
the Local and Expatriate Human Resources management
the relations with the Head of Mission and the Desk Officer in Headquarters
the preparation of projects reports
Departure : as soon as possible
Duration : 1 year
Status : volunteer
Monthly Allowance : 915 Euros + Daily subsistence
Profile :
Doctor or Nurse
Experience as NGO coordinator required
Good knowledge of lobbying activities, human resources management
English (speaking and writing) fluent
Experience of difficult working conditions is required
Patience and energy, public relation and diplomacy
Good reporting skills
