Gender Based Violence Program Manager
International Rescue Committee (IRC) is currently recruiting a Gender Based Violence Program Manager to improve the protection of women and girls in the Tanzania refugee camps through supporting measures.
Graduate degree (MA) or equivalent in social work (MSW), humanities or other related degree or equivalent programming experience.
2-3 years program management experience, including at least 2 years implementing GBV programs in an emergency and/or post-conflict environment.
Fluency in English; ability to communicate in Swahili, French or Kirundi a plus.
Experience working in difficult locations; ability to be resourceful and flexible in a limited resource environment.
