Location: Kenya.
GTZ Vacancies: GTZ advises governments on mainstreaming their goals and change processes in laws and strategies, and implementing these country-wide. The GTZ seeks to recruit for the following position: Senior Programme Officer - Sexual Reproductive Health Component Qualifications: Post graduate degree in public health or related fieldsUndergraduate degree in either health or natural sciences;Knowledge and experience with the medical, cultural and anthropological aspects of SRH including linkages to HIV/AIDS;Knowledge and experience in gender and Reproductive rights issues;Previous experience in policy dialogue and technical advisory role;At least 5 years work experience in sexual reproductive health or related health programs within East Africa;Previous management experience in a similar program is preferred, including financial oversight/management;Proven leadership skills and experience;Team player with broad social skills, high inter-cultural; Sensitivity and good negotiation skills;Strong oral and written communication skills;Excellent command of MS-Office.
