First Weir Scholarship for Africa: Westminster Theology College will offer a Competitive $25,000 First Weir Scholarship for tuition/living expenses (with balance for living expenses).

Type of Award: Competitive $25,000 scholarship for tuition/living expenses (with balance for living expenses)

Scholarship Application Eligibility Requirements:

  • First-year International Student from Africa entering the MDiv program who:

  • Has high academic standing

  • Is sponsored by and receives high recommendation from church or parachurch organization in Africa

  • Is seeking ordination in a church in Africa

    Award period: Per academic year through completion of MDiv program (graduation)

    Award requirements: Maintain full-time status and minimum GPA of 2.5 throughout award period.

    Submission deadline: Until scholarship is awarded
