Production Manager - EPNS

The successful candidate will manage the production of Entomopathogenic Nematodes and will be responsible for:

Ensuring that all production batches are in line with quality control and assurance standards;

Maintenance of stock cultures to ensure persistent virulence;delivering to agreed budgets and targets;

Maintaining processing records and ensuring entries are as per required standards; and

Assisting in the training of staff on EPN processing.

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma in Biological sciences;

Previous experience in mass production and formulation of Entomopathogenic Nematodes;

Good interpersonal skills;

Forward thinking and not afraid of challenges;

Good organising and planning skills;

Scientific report writing skills;

Proactive and able to work with little supervision and under constant pressure.
