Job Title: Finance/ Logistics-Administration Manager

Job Location: DR Congo, Bukavu

Profile

  • At least two years field experience finance, administration and logistics in international humanitarian/development organisation;
  • Preferably African field experience;
  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping, budgeting, budget control and financial procedures;
  • Good knowledge of Human Resources administration;
  • Knowledge of logistics procedures;
  • Good knowledge of computers (necessary) & network administration (LAN) (desirable);
  • Proven ability to transfer skills and knowledge to national staff through training and capacity building;
  • Ability to adapt to different cultural environment;
  • Strong communication skills and team player;
  • Very good working knowledge of French and good knowledge of English.

    Conditions of employment & application

    Competitive remuneration based on experience, insurance, ticket, accommodation and food allowance, annually 26 days holidays, unaccompanied post.
