Field Coordinator, Mines Advisory Group - Somalia

Employer: Mines Advisory Group (MAG)

Location: Somalia

As Field Coordinator you will provide overall coordination, logistical, financial and administrative services to support technical operations in each area.

You will manage national staff and be responsible for their capacity development.

Field Coordinators are responsible for representing MAG and maintaining and developing relationships with donors, government agencies and NGOs.

You will need experience of working overseas in international aid or development including expertise in programme and project design, development, management, monitoring and evaluation. You will also need experience of managing a staff team and managing finances.

You should have the ability to work within complicated national and internal political frameworks and experience of building and developing management systems to improve programme accountability.
