1. To start the application process, applicants are required

Go to Login, and Register as a User.
Fill in the form and choose a User Name and Password.
2. After opening the account, applicants may apply for
vacancies using the Personal History Profile (PHP) provided.
Once the PHP has been completed for a particular vacancy, it can be saved and used for future applications.
The PHP may be up-dated, when necessary, for future applications.
3. In completing the PHP, please note that all fields marked
with an asterisk must be completed.
Client Orientation: Ability to identify client's needs and accommodate them, must have the capacity to maintain productive partnerships with clients especially clients with collaborating partners by gaining their trust and respect.
Commitment to continuous learning: Commitment to keep
abreast with new developments in the field of evaluation.
Education: Advanced University degree in Environmental Science or Developmental Studies, or a first university degree with a relevant combination of academic and professional qualifications.
Work Experience At least seven years experience in applying theoretical knowledge in planning, finance, auditing, evaluation and administration of environmental or development
Experience in quantitative and qualitative methods in project development, appraisal and evaluation.
Demonstrated knowledge of data collection and methods of data analysis.
Languages: English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat.
For the post advertised, fluency in oral and written English is
Knowledge of other official UN languages is desirable.
Other Skills: Must have extensive experience in evaluation, project management, monitoring and auditing.
