Equal Access is seeking to recruit:

1. Media/Journalism Specialist Consultants

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience and success in any of the relevant areas outlined above; minimum 5 years experience in relevant area of expertise.

University degree in relevant area preferred.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work/coordinate effectively among a variety of project stakeholders.

Experience with USAID-funded projects desirable.

2. Chief of Party

Qualifications:

Financial and management capacity building of media outlets.

Bachelors degree in relevant area required, graduate degree preferred.

Ten years industry experience.

Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills.

Desire and ability to work in physically demanding and emotionally challenging environments.

Experience working in cross-cultural environments.
