Engineering Masters Scholarships for International Students, University of Technology Sydney

The Faculty of Engineering offers scholarships to international students for its masters by coursework programs.

Each scholarship will be awarded based solely on academic results achieved by the applicant in their undergraduate degree.

Under the Engineering Masters Scholarships for International Students scheme, students are offered the opportunity to obtain a postgraduate qualification.

The Engineering Masters Scholarships for International Students scheme consists of $2,500 per student and will be paid directly towards students’ tution fees after thecommencement of their studies.

Payment of other costs outlined in the University of Technology Sydney letter of offer will be the responsibility of the student.

The cost of any preliminary English language training required will be the responsibility of the student.

The Engineering Masters Scholarships for International Students scheme does not provide for living allowances, travel, medical costs associated with renewal of a visa, thesis expenses, the cost of English language testing or tuition fees for bridging or English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS).

The scholarships are available for the following courses:

  • Master of Engineering Studies;

  • Master of Engineering Management;

  • Master of Software Engineering Management;

  • Master of Environmental Engineering Management.

    Applicant Eligibility:

    To be eligible for a Engineering Masters Scholarships for International Students, an applicant must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Must be a student who has completed their undergraduate degree at a minimum of 65% and have no fails;

  • Must not be an Australian citizen;

  • Must be commencing full-time, on-campus enrolment in one of the following one-year degrees: Master ofEngineering Studies, Master of Engineering Management, Master of Software Engineering Management orMaster of Environmental Engineering Management.
