Qualifications and experience:
1. Master's Degree in the concerned technical area.
2. At least five years technical experience in water and sanitation related areas supported by strong references, preferably with UN and/or NGO experience.
3. Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills.
4. Strong analytical and presentation (oral and written) skills including use of essential computer software packages.
