Qualifications:
Bachelor degree required, Masters Degree preferred, in International Development, Public Health, Social Science or related field.
Minimum of 3 years writing and editing experience.
Fluent in written English and oral skills and basic French skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work under high pressure, ability to network and balance multiple priorities with high levels of quality production.
