Economic Growth Evaluator
Location: Kinshasa, DRC.

Management Systems International (MSI) is currently looking for consultants that can provide short-term technical assistance in the area of economic growth evaluations.
The work will support the various economic growth needs of the USAID Mission-Kinshasa.
Interface with USAID economic growth and program staff on evaluation design and development.
Develop evaluation methodology, workplan and instruments.
Conduct evaluation fieldwork.
Develop evaluation report.
Masters in international economics or related social science field, PhD a plus:
10 years of experience in the field of economic growth evaluation;
Previous experience leading economic growth evaluations in Francophone Africa, previous experience in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) a plus;
Fluency in French, both written and spoken;
Experience working on USAID-supported economic growth initiatives;
The ability to travel and work from the field.
