Location: Nairobi, Kenya.

E-PLUS is a private company, limited by guarantee, fully owned by the Kenya Red Cross to offer emergency medical services which include 24hr ambulance service, first aid training and the sale of first aid kits.

It is seeking to recruit for the position of:

Operations Manager

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in critical care nursing, a masters in the same field will be an added advantage.

Certificate in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Basic Life, Support.

At least 6 years experience in Critical care Management with 2 years experience in an Emergency response field.

Trainer Of Trainees certificate is an added advantage.

Experience in establishment of a critical care department is an added advantage.

A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.

Excellent people management skills, communication skills, open to direction.
