Dupoto-e-Maa Organization Jobs

Location: Kajiado, Kenya.

Dupoto-e-Maa, Pastoralists Development Organization NGO based and operating in Kajiado District, promoting Pastoralists resources related (livestock value chain) economic programme. The organisation seeks to recruit an economic manager for a 2 year programme.

Qualifications:

Eligible candidate will have a minimum of Bachelors degree in Econ/Agribusiness, Commerce (marketing option); or equivalent

Analytical skills, acquainted with the approach of value chain, smallholder/pastoralists production and marketing programmes,

Computer literacy, clean driving license and driving for at least 4 years, Have at least 3 years of managing similar economic programme (and preferably using value chain approach),

Good communication in English and Swahili and Maa language is an added advantage

prepared to start work by August 2010 latest.
