CHF International seeks a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance and Administration for upcoming, donor-funded programs in Kenya.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred, or Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting with relevant experience.
8+ years experience in international finance/accounting.
5+ years of international supervisory experience.
Strong management, communication, mentoring and teambuilding skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Strong Excel skills, proficient in MS Word and Outlook.
Knowledge of HR & IT practices.
Experience in developing countries, Kenya and/or Africa in particular.
Experience in grants management.
Fluent in English, written and spoke, abilities in a Second language preferred.
