Development Alternatives Inc (DAI) Jobs

Location: Kenya.

Development Alternatives Inc Jobs (DAI) works at the cutting edge of international development, combining technical excellence, professional project management, and exceptional customer service to solve our clients’ most complex problems.

Development Alternatives Inc (DAI) is recruiting for a short-term consultant to serve as a Team Leader on a program design effort focused on the development of two separate youth programs for USAID/Kenya, one in Eastleigh and one in the Coastal region (specific locations to be determined).

Basic Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience designing similar youth-focused programs for donors, experience working with USAID is preferred
  • Deep understanding of Islamic, Somali, and Coastal culture is a must
  • Advanced university degree in relevant field
  • English fluency required, Swahili language preferred.
