Deputy Director - Kenya School of Law

Reporting to the Director / CEO the incumbent will be the overall in charge of the academic programmes in the School.

Person Specification:

The successful candidate will:

  • Possess a LLM degree or equivalent from a recognized university.

  • Have at least 15 years working experience 10 of which should be as a lecturer/trainer/curriculum developer/administrator in an academic institution or as a consultant.

  • Extensive experience in legal education, projects and research in the legal field will be an advantage;

  • Have excellent planning and organizational skills;

  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare and present concise oral and written reports;

  • Have good Information Communication Technology skills;

  • Have good customer care and public relations skills;

  • Have the ability to work under minimal supervision.
